As the regime of Laika changes, undercurrents surge in both the black and white worlds. Some people want to make a fortune, some want to wash their whiteness, some want to escape from Laika, and some want to gain a foothold in Laika. The police place an undercover policeman Zheng Zha (played by Andy On) to lurk among Song Bang (played by Eric Tsang), the biggest underworld force in Laika, but they don't know that someone else wants to take this opportunity to avenge Song Bang.
