Sanbianpo is an area with a tropical monsoon climate, where good and bad people mix, and the gap between the rich and the poor is huge. Shen Xing, who has just entered the society and has been working everywhere to make a living, accidentally ends up in Sanbianpo. By chance, Shen Xing meets Uncle Cai, a peacemaker who is well-connected in both the black and white worlds of Sanbianpo.
